Various colors and sizes are offered on our website. You will find a size chart (above the box where you can select the size) at the upper part of the product page. This table contains information about all the measurements each size is designed for and helps you to find the perfect fit.

To ensure that you can enjoy your orthopaedic insoles for a long time, you should remove them from your shoes after wearing them and give them fresh air at room temperature. Make sure that you do this:

• Do not place them on a radiator or other direct heat source.
  
• Never blow-dry your insoles.

Temperatures of 40°C / 104°F and above can change the fit and can also destroy the materials with which our orthopedic insoles are designed.
